Our water source is filtered, glacial water from the Lyngen Alps. This is water that was frozen more than 5,000 years ago forming large glaciers high in the mountains under which our distillery sits . Bivrost® Vodka is a fresh and clean spirit with a smooth and silky finish, suitable for mixing your favourite drink or simply enjoyed on its own.

SERVING TIP
6 cl BIVROST Vodka
1 cl St. Hallvard-likør or D.O.M. Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled coupette or Martini-glass. Garnish with a zest of orange.
