MIDSUMARBLOT AQUAVIT

In ancient Norse times, the Vikings celebrated solstice by making blots (or offerings). The feast of summer was called Midsumarblót.

The blót was commonly celebrated throughout the middle of June and sometimes lasted until July 1.
We celebrate today’s midsummer with this handcrafted Aquavit, made of Dillseed and fresh Dill, Lemon peels, raspberry, a pinch of salt and a slight infusion of our Arctic Gin – just to round it off.
